Premium11 — website and extensions

Last updated: July 2026

1. Who we are

Premium11 is the brand under which browser extensions (Chrome Web Store) and this informational site at premium11.com are published. This document describes how information is handled on the website and, generally, in the catalog extensions.

2. Website (premium11.com)

The site is a static/informational catalog. It does not require a user account or payment form. It may use hosting analytics (for example Vercel Analytics) for aggregated visit metrics. Those tools may use cookies or technical identifiers under their own policies.

3. Browser extensions

Each extension declares permissions and data handling on its Chrome Web Store listing. In general:

  • They operate in the browser context (X pages, YouTube, tabs, audio, etc.).
  • Preferences and state are usually stored in local browser storage.
  • We do not use this site to ask for passwords for X, YouTube or other services.

Always review the specific extension listing on the Chrome Web Store for up-to-date permission details.

4. Third-party links

"Chrome Web Store" buttons lead to Google domains. Their privacy is governed by those third parties' policies.

5. Contact

For privacy questions about Premium11 or a specific extension, use the support channel on that product's Chrome Web Store listing.

6. Anonymous usage diagnostics (PutMeInThatState)

The PutMeInThatState browser extension may send a limited anonymous heartbeat to premium11.com so we can understand install volume and active use. This is optional product diagnostics, not advertising tracking.

  • Data sent: a random installation UUID (created on first install, not linked to your name or Google account), extension version, UI language/locale, IANA timezone (for example America/Argentina/Buenos_Aires), event type (install, update, periodic ping, active-playing pulse while audio is playing, uninstall, or optional uninstall feedback), install channel (whether the extension was loaded unpacked for development/review or installed from the Chrome Web Store, plus rare admin/sideload cases), and a timestamp. After uninstall, a farewell page may record an anonymous uninstall event and optional survey answers (multiple-choice reason plus free-text comment up to a short limit). Active-playing pulses do not include track titles or media identifiers.
  • Frequency: typically at install/update; occasional pings while the extension app is opened; while you are actively playing audio with the app open, a lightweight anonymous playing pulse about once every 10 minutes (and once when playback starts or resumes); and once when the extension is uninstalled if the browser opens the farewell page. Optional survey feedback is sent only if you submit the form. Pausing playback stops playing pulses until you play again.
  • We do not send track titles, media identifiers, favorites, listening history, browsing history outside the extension, email addresses, or usernames. Uninstall comments are free text you choose to type; please avoid personal data.
  • Technical logs from our hosting provider (for example Vercel) may include the IP address of the request. We do not use residual IPs to build personal profiles.
  • Install channel helps distinguish real store users from local development loads and temporary review loads of package zips; it is not a personal identifier.
